InfoTool is a climate adaptation platform developed as part of the Co-Site project at Technische Hochschule Köln. It brings together sensor measurements, spatial data catalogs, and expert knowledge to help municipalities and regional stakeholders plan for climate resilience.

InfoTool is built for municipal planners, climate adaptation managers, researchers, and regional stakeholders who need reliable, localized climate and environmental data to support planning decisions.

3. What is the SMT100 sensor?

The SMT100 is a soil moisture and temperature probe deployed as part of our environmental monitoring network. Its readings feed into drought risk assessment and land management decisions, and can be viewed live on our SMT100 page.

4. What data sources does InfoTool bring together?

InfoTool combines live sensor measurements, spatial data catalogs, and expert-curated knowledge in one place, so you don’t need to gather and reconcile data from multiple scattered sources yourself.
